How do I get my files after purchase?+
You'll get an instant download page and an email with a secure link. Files are yours to keep.
Can I use templates commercially?+
Yes — personal and commercial use for your business. Reselling or redistributing the raw files is not allowed.
Do you offer refunds?+
Because these are digital downloads, refunds are case-by-case within 7 days if a file is defective or misdescribed.
Will I get updates?+
Yes. Free updates are included for products you own — re-download anytime from your account.
What software do I need?+
Depends on the product: Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or a PDF reader. Requirements are listed on each product page.
What formats do the templates come in?+
Depending on the product: Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets (link copy), Notion (duplicate link), PDF (fillable or printable), or a mix. Each product page lists exactly what's included.
Do I need a specific software version?+
Excel templates work in Excel 2016 and later, plus Microsoft 365. Google Sheets files work in any Sheets account. Notion templates require a free Notion account. PDF files work in any PDF reader.
How do I access my purchase after checkout?+
You'll be redirected to a success page with your download link immediately after payment. A copy of the link is also emailed to your address. You can also look up purchases from the Account page.
Can I use the templates for my clients?+
Yes — your license covers use in your own business and client work. The only restriction is reselling or redistributing the raw template files as a competing product.
